EUREKA and local coordinator Vinnova have granted the project E! SAVANT funding.  The project serves to develop a platform for video-based marketing, designed for affiliate marketers and other small-scale publishers. The novelty is automatic enrichment of video with shoppable content, and an AI that continuously tunes campaigns to optimise conversion. The promoted products and their presentation are updated over time, in response to consumer behaviour. The consortium consists of Prof. Drewes research group at Umeå University, Smart Video Nordic AB, Gavagai AB, and Valossay OY, and the technical solution draws on the project partners’ combined expertise in video analysis, digital broadcasting, and autonomous systems. The project has a convolution of 1 600 000 Euro and will last for two years.
